Slack Project Workgroup Setup

I’m putting together a dedicated work group on Slack so my team can collaborate on an upcoming project from one central hub. I already know Slack is the right platform—I now need a specialist to turn a blank workspace into a streamlined environment that makes daily cooperation effortless.

Here’s what I’d like delivered:
• Create or configure the Slack workspace, including channel structure that mirrors our project phases.
• Set sensible roles & permissions so members see only what they need while admins keep full oversight.
• Integrate essential apps (Drive, Zoom, Trello or similar) and light automations for notifications and file sharing.
• Provide a concise onboarding guide or short video so new members can jump straight in.
• Hand over a brief best-practice document covering channel naming, file storage conventions and etiquette.
