Slack & Automation Specialist for Hospital

I'm looking for an automation expert to streamline our operations at a 40-bed specialty hospital using Slack Plus.

Key Tasks:
- Create Slack workflows for:
- Emergency notifications
- Daily task reminders
- Staff announcements
- Integrate WhatsApp for:
- Patient updates
- Appointment reminders
- Automate Google Review management:
- Sending review requests to patients
- Automatically responding to reviews
- Receiving alerts for new reviews
- Set up a basic AI chatbot/front desk automation for website and appointment management

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Zapier, Make.com, Slack API, WhatsApp Business API, and chatbot tools like Dialogflow
- Previous work in automation
- Healthcare domain experience is a plus
