Siemens S7-200 PLC Programming and HMI programming

Job ID: 39781723

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

My manufacturing line runs on a Siemens S7-200 PLC and now needs a full program written—from ladder logic to matching HMI screens. The task covers every stage: structuring the code in STEP 7 Micro/WIN (or a compatible tool you prefer for S7-200), mapping the I/O, building reusable function blocks, and designing an intuitive operator interface that keeps downtime to a minimum.

Because the controller sits at the heart of a discrete-parts assembly process, the sequence logic must be rock-solid, easy to troubleshoot, and well documented so future maintenance is straightforward. I will supply the current wiring schematics, I/O list, and the desired machine cycle. Remote access to the PLC can be arranged for testing; otherwise, compiled files with a simulation video will be acceptable proof of operation before final on-site download.

Deliverables:
• Complete S7-200 program file, ready to load
• HMI project file with all screens and tags mapped
• PDF/Word documentation that explains network addresses, alarms, and step-by-step sequence
• A short hand-over session (live or recorded) walking through the code and HMI navigation

Acceptance criteria: the program must compile without errors, all stated I/O points behave as per the cycle description in a dry-run test, and the HMI reflects real-time status with clear alarm texts.

If you have previous S7-200 or Micro/WIN examples, please reference them when you respond so I can gauge fit quickly.
