Siemens S7-200 PLC Programming

Job ID: 40110826

Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR

I’m looking for a seasoned Siemens PLC specialist to take over programming duties on one of our S7-200 systems. The basic hardware is already in place; what I need is clean, well-structured ladder logic, a refreshed operator interface, and guidance through final commissioning.

You’ll start by reviewing the existing STEP 7 Micro/WIN project, the I/O list, and a concise functional description I’ll supply. From there, your job is to

• expand or modify the current logic so the process sequences match our latest production requirements,
• comment every network clearly, and
• compile it error-free for download via PPI or a TIM module.

An updated HMI is also required. If you prefer WinCC flexible or another panel package that speaks natively to S7-200, that’s fine; I simply need a clean, intuitive screen set with alarm handling and basic data logging.

Deliverables
– Micro/WIN source file (.mwp) and compiled blocks
– HMI project file(s)
– Brief commissioning guide so my on-site team can load, test, and troubleshoot independently

I’ll handle the physical wiring and field checks; you’ll provide the logic, the HMI, and remote support during live testing. If you have a track record with S7-200 hardware and the software licences ready to go, let’s sort out milestones and start right away.
