Siemens S7-1500 Automation Programming

I’m rolling out a new industrial automation line that runs on a Siemens S7-1500 PLC, and I need an experienced programmer in India who is comfortable living inside TIA Portal. The hardware cabinet is already wired; the next step is to build the PLC logic, design the HMI, and prepare the Wincc 8.1 SCADA so we can move straight into commissioning without delays.

What I expect from you
• A clean, modular STEP 7 program for the S7-1500, fully commented and ready for online download
• HMI screens developed in TIA Portal that mirror the plant workflow, including alarms, trends, and user-friendly navigation
• All tag mapping, data blocks, and communication settings documented for seamless SCADA integration
• A commissioning guide with I/O list, safety interlocks, and test procedures

Acceptance will be based on a simulated FAT in TIA Portal that shows every I/O, alarm, and sequence executing without faults, followed by successful on-site or remote support during first start-up.
