Shopify Automation & KDP Migration

I run a small digital–product brand and want to stop doing the repetitive tech work myself. My first priority is Shopify: I need reliable workflows that automatically create new product listings and handle every step of order processing for my downloadable PDFs—e-books, templates, and full-length guides/manuals. Once a customer buys, the file should be delivered instantly and my inventory, analytics, and payment records updated without manual input.

Beyond Shopify, I’d like the same level of automation across my brochure-style website and business email so that welcome messages, receipts, and any follow-up sequences run on their own and keep my list clean and tagged for future coaching program launches.

A second piece of the project is migrating several Canva-designed interiors and covers to Amazon KDP. I need each file resized or slightly adjusted so there are no margin or bleed errors when I submit. Finished uploads must pass KDP’s preview tool on the first attempt.

Key deliverables
• Shopify flows (or Zapier/Integromat scenarios) that auto-generate listings and fulfil digital orders
• Seamless email triggers tied to each purchase and refund event
• Tested download links that never expire or mis-route
• Final, KDP-ready PDF and cover files with correct bleed margins and spine widths
• A short hand-off document or loom walkthrough so I can maintain the system on my own
