Sheet Automation & Reporting Upgrade
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m streamlining the way my data moves across Google Sheets, Zoho Sheet, and Microsoft Excel. All three platforms already contain live data; now I need that information cleaned up, processed, and visualised without manual intervention.
Google Sheets
• Consolidate several raw tabs into tidy, searchable tables.
• Build (or fix) formulas so totals, variances, and look-ups update automatically.
• Turn those results into clear charts that refresh when the data does.
Zoho Sheet
• Set up reliable import/export pipelines between Zoho Sheet and my other tools.
• Create simple automations—think scheduled refreshes or rule-based alerts—using the built-in functions or Deluge.
• Ensure collaborators can filter, comment, and update without breaking formulas.
Microsoft Excel
• Handle one-off data entry clean-ups.
• Recreate the advanced formulas from Google Sheets in native Excel syntax.
• Write a handful of lightweight VBA macros to speed repetitive tasks.
I’ll provide sample files and a workflow map of how the data should flow. Delivery is complete when each workbook:
1. Updates figures and visuals with a single refresh (or on schedule in Zoho).
2. Preserves formatting and data validation.
3. Runs error-free across all linked sheets.
If you’re comfortable jumping between Apps Script, Deluge, and VBA, let’s connect and get this running smoothly.
