Setup a Complete Digital Office System for My Team

Description:
I need an experienced freelancer to set up a full remote digital office for my small team (3 members) plus occasional freelancers.
You will create a clean, organized system for communication, project management, workflow, and automation.

What You Will Do:

Set up Google Workspace (Email, Drive, Docs, Calendar, Meet)

Set up Slack or Google Chat for communication

Set up Trello or ClickUp for project management

Organize team folders + permission levels

Create a workflow for tasks, deadlines, and freelancer assignments

Build simple automations (Zapier or Make.com)

Create basic SOPs and short instructions for the team


Goal:
A fully working digital office where my team and freelancers can work smoothly, share files, complete tasks, and manage projects easily.
