ServiceM8 Customization & Workflow Setup
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I’m ready to take our ServiceM8 account beyond the default settings and need an expert to tailor it to the way we actually work. The focus is full-scale customization:
• Job templates – Build streamlined templates that capture all the data we need without slowing down the field team. I don’t have a fixed design in mind, so you can suggest layouts and best-practice formatting that improve speed and accuracy.
• Custom forms – Create smart forms that replace our current paper or PDF checklists, ensuring every job is documented consistently and stored against the client file.
• Automations and notifications – Configure rules that trigger status changes, staff reminders, and customer emails/SMS at the right milestones, reducing manual follow-ups.
I’ll provide sample job scenarios, mandatory fields, and any compliance wording we must keep. Once the setup is in place I’d like a quick walk-through or loom video so the team understands each feature.
Deliverables are accepted when:
1. All templates, forms, and automations are live in our ServiceM8 account.
2. Test jobs run from booking to invoicing without errors or missing data.
3. Documentation/video shows where to adjust settings in the future.
