Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to analyze, upgrade, and modernize motor systems used in our existing devices.

This is not a software-only or simulation-only task.
The results of this project will be used in real manufactured hardware, deployed in environmental and experimental setups.

The work will be done remotely, but the engineer must think and design like someone who builds real devices, not just schematics.

Scope of Work
1. Existing System Review
-Review provided documentation, schematics, and motor specifications
-Analyze current motor behavior and limitations
-Identify electrical, control, or efficiency bottlenecks

2. Motor System Upgrade
-Depending on the application, this may include:
-DC motors
-BLDC motors
-Stepper motors
-Tasks may involve:
-Motor selection or optimization
-Torque, speed, and power analysis
-Electrical protection and fault handling
-Noise, EMI, and thermal considerations

3. Motor Control & Power Electronics
-Design or improve motor driver circuitry
-Power supply design and filtering
-Protection mechanisms (overcurrent, overvoltage, thermal)
-Interface compatibility with existing control systems (MCU, PLC, or controller)

4. Environmental & Experimental Considerations
-The system must be suitable for:
-Continuous or long-term operation
-Laboratory and experimental environments
-Exposure to environmental variables (temperature, vibration, duty cycles)

5. Manufacturing-Ready Design
-The final solution must be:
-Ready for physical manufacturing
-Based on readily available components
-Designed with assembly and servicing in mind

Deliverables
-The selected engineer will provide:
-Updated electrical schematics
-Motor and driver component selection
-Bill of Materials (BOM) with part numbers
-Design rationale explaining improvements
-Basic manufacturing and integration notes
-Documentation suitable for internal engineering use

Technical Requirements
-Mandatory
-Degree or professional experience in Electrical Engineering
-Proven experience with motor control systems
-Experience designing real, physical hardware
-Strong understanding of power electronics
-Ability to deliver clear, professional documentation

Highly Preferred
-Experience with environmental or laboratory equipment
-Experience with industrial or scientific devices
-Familiarity with long-term reliability design
-Experience collaborating remotely with engineering teams
