Semi-Automated Concrete Brick Machine

I'm seeking an engineer or a skilled technician to design and possibly build a semi-automated concrete brick making machine. The machine should automate the processes of brick forming and material mixing.
Key Requirements:
- Semi-automation: The machine should require some manual assistance but automate key functions.
- Automation of brick forming and material mixing. Stacking and packaging can be done manually.
- The machine should produce high-quality concrete bricks.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing automated machinery, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of materials and processes involved in concrete brick production.
- Mechanical engineering skills.
- Ability to provide a detailed design and, if possible, build the machine.
