Schneider PLC-HMI Commissioning
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a Schneider-brand PLC programmed, tested, and fully commissioned so it communicates seamlessly with the accompanying HMI. The goal is straightforward: automate our manufacturing line’s packaging operations from end to end.
Scope of work
• Write the PLC logic that drives every packaging sequence, covers all required interlocks, and handles error recovery.
• Configure tags and communications so real-time data flows flawlessly between the PLC and the HMI.
• Build or adapt the HMI screens so operators can start, stop, and monitor the line with clear status and alarms.
• Validate the solution on-site, prove that every sensor and actuator responds as intended, and fine-tune cycle times for reliable, around-the-clock production.
Acceptance criteria
– All packaging stages run automatically without manual intervention.
– HMI displays live statuses, fault codes, and production counts.
– Safety circuits and emergency stops are recognised and acted upon within the PLC program.
– Final hand-over includes source code, comment documentation, and a short operator guide.
