Requirements:
- Must be Vietnamese (native)
- At least 2 years of experience in SEO

- Deep understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
- Proficient in tools: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console
- Familiar with Google penalties (Panda, Penguin)
- Experience conducting technical audits and creating implementation specs
- Knowledge of YMYL and EEAT principles
- Strong in both On-Page SEO and external link strategies
- Skilled in backlink analysis and link-building strategy
- Able to automate routine SEO processes
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
