SEO & Review Growth Specialist (CallRail, Twilio, GoHighLevel)

We are looking for a skilled freelancer to manage client execution, setup, and reporting.


Responsibilities:

Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for multiple local clients

Categories, service areas, keyword tuning, geo-tagged images, weekly posts

Build and manage automated review growth systems using tools like:

GoHighLevel, Podium, NiceJob, Birdeye, or Twilio-based SMS

Set up missed call recovery automations to capture lost leads

Track and report call volumes, review velocity, and map ranking performance

Implement simple conversion tracking dashboards for clients

Suggest tactical improvements to maximize inbound service calls

Requirements:

Proven experience with service-based businesses, preferably plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades

Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization

Experience setting up review automation systems

Familiarity with call tracking and simple automations (CallRail, Twilio, GoHighLevel, etc.)

Ability to manage multiple clients with high quality and attention to detail
