Review automation

I am looking for someone to build a system automation for me simialr to bird eye or other programs out. I want to be able to hear customers feed backs, be able to select the reviews that has higher ratings send to google, yelp etc. Please take a look at the link you you can have an idea where I am going with this. Our busines is just starting out we want to avoid monthly fees, but at the same time have a great system that focuses on customers feedback, reviews, etc. I dont not want anything created for fake reviews, I want this to be all ginuwine, real feedback from out customers.
