Resort Event Estimate Spreadsheet
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an estimate of charges spreadsheet for resort event managers. This spreadsheet should be user-friendly and designed to automatically calculate total charges, including potential fees.
Requirements:
- Events: Weddings, Corporate events, Private parties
- Charges to include:
- Venue rental fee
- Catering costs
- Guest Room Charges/Resort Fees/Taxes
- Calculated amounts with/without discounts
- Potential fees (cancellation, attrition, etc.)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Experience in designing automated calculation sheets
- Attention to detail and user-friendly layout design
Please provide samples of similar work.
I have attached here the current file we use and send to clients, but it also needs an update to its look and feel to make it more "Luxury" client facing as well.
