Report Generation Automation & Manual

I want to turn our current, mostly hand-driven reporting workflow into a hands-off, reliable system. The core requirement is process automation focused on report generation: data comes in, is cleaned, analysed, and the final report is produced automatically on a schedule we define.

Alongside the working automation, I need a brief user guide written in HTML so it can drop straight into our internal knowledge-base. The guide should cover setup, day-to-day use, and basic troubleshooting.

Deliverables
• Fully functioning report-generation automation (script, macro or dashboard—your choice of technology, provided it is well documented and easy to maintain)
• Scheduling or trigger mechanism so reports run without manual intervention
• Logging/error-handling built in for quick issue tracing
• HTML user manual covering install, configuration, use and common errors
