Real Estate Workflow Automation Build

I’m looking to streamline my U.S. real-estate operation from lead capture all the way to scheduled showings. The main areas I need automated are:

• Property listings management – the system must update my listings in real time, keep them in sync with external sites, and automatically open calendar slots so prospects can book viewings without back-and-forth email.
• Client communications – every new enquiry should trigger a personalised email or SMS follow-up, with subsequent reminders and status updates sent at the right milestones.
• Lead generation and tracking – incoming leads should be captured, tagged, scored, and moved through a simple pipeline so I always know where each prospect stands.

You’re free to wire this together with the stack you know best—whether that’s Zapier, Make, custom Python/API work, or a lightweight CRM—so long as it meets these acceptance criteria:

1. Listings sync in under five minutes when information changes.
2. Viewings booked online appear instantly on my calendar and notify the prospect.
3. Every lead is logged with source, time-stamp, and current status, and I can export the data to CSV.
4. Communications templates are easy for me to edit without touching code.
5. You provide a concise hand-off document (or Loom walk-through) showing how to adjust or extend the workflow.
