RFQ Scraper Tool Development

I need a tool to scrape open product-based RFQs from state and local government procurement portals. The scraped info should be sent daily to a Trello board.

Key Requirements:
• Expert in Excel VBA (not Python)
• Experienced with Selenium for Chrome
• Strong with XPath (not DOM)
• Fluent in English
• Able to share working VBA scraper code on a discovery call

Tool Functionality:
• Scrape and filter RFQs from a specific list of public procurement websites (provided in Excel format)
• Extract: title, RFQ number, bid link, product description, quantity, due date, agency, attachments
• Filter out non-product bids, services, or bids over $75,000
• Only show currently open state/local opportunities
• Create a Trello card for each matching RFQ, with all info included
• All procurement websites require user authentication
