Python Dialer Upgrade with MS Teams

I have developed a Python-based dialer that currently works as follows:

I provide an Excel file containing phone numbers.

I upload an audio file.

When the script runs, it uses Microsoft Teams to start calling each number one by one, and plays the audio as a voicemail.


Now, I need some upgrades and improvements in this dialer:

Better automation and error handling.

Smooth integration with Excel data input.

More flexibility with audio playback.

Any performance optimizations or best practices you can suggest.


Requirement:

Strong experience in Python automation.

Experience with Microsoft Teams automation (preferred).

Ability to deliver the upgrade quickly.
