What I Have
Excel workbook with 8 pre-built sheets already uploaded to MS Teams SharePoint
3 technology data sheets: Oracle Patching, PostgreSQL Patching, YugabyteDB Patching
1 combined sheet: Master Footprint (all technologies in one flat table)
Issues Log, Summary Stats, DAX Measures reference, Setup Guide sheets
Data Source & Refresh
Data lives in SharePoint-hosted Excel file (MS Teams)
Dashboard must auto-refresh every 30 minutes using Power Automate or scheduled refresh
DBAs update their individual sheets → dashboard updates automatically — no manual intervention

Page 1 — Overall Summary (all technologies at one glance)
6 KPI Cards: Total Footprint, Completed , Scheduled , Pending , Not Started , Issues
Stacked bar chart: Technology vs Status count
Slicers: Technology, Environment, Quarter
Page 2 — Oracle Detail
Clusters + Servers count by category: Exa_Prod, Exa_NonProd, NonExa_Prod, NonExa_NonProd
DB PSU patching status per cluster
JDK activity per cluster — servers done vs pending
Color-coded status table with CHG# and INC#
Page 3 — PostgreSQL Detail
No cluster names — server-level tracking only
Two version streams: 14.x Non-Patroni and 17.x Patroni shown separately
Servers patched, scheduled, pending, not started per stream
Page 4 — YugabyteDB Detail
Universe-level tracking — no DB count needed
Total Nodes, Nodes Upgraded, Nodes Pending per universe
Prod vs Non-Prod split
Page 5 — Issues Log
All open/in-progress issues across Oracle, PostgreSQL, YugabyteDB
P1 (Red), P2 (Orange) severity badges
INC#, CHG#, DBA Owner, description visible
Status Color Coding (Mandatory)

Sharing & Access
Publish to Power BI Service workspace

Read-only for most team members, edit access for DBAs only

19 DAX measures are pre-written in the Excel file (DAX Measures sheet)
Freelancer just needs to paste them one by one — no DAX writing needed from scratch
What I Need From Freelancer
Connect Power BI Desktop to the SharePoint Excel file
Build all 5 dashboard pages per the spec above
Apply conditional formatting for status color coding on all tables
Configure 30-minute auto-refresh via Power Automate
Publish to Power BI Service and pin to MS Teams channel tab
Deliver the .pbix file so I can republish if needed later
