Power Automate Email Inventory Flow
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an Excel table that holds my inventory, with two key columns: “Distribution List” and “Owner”. I need a Power Automate cloud flow that will:
• Identify every unique value in the “Distribution List” column.
• For each of those values, collect and de-duplicate the related “Owner” entries.
• Generate a concise email to that specific distribution list containing only its corresponding owners.
The only filter I require is exactly what’s in the spreadsheet: rows are grouped by the “Distribution List” column—no extra date, category, or stock filters are necessary. Once each email is built, the flow should send it automatically through Office 365 Outlook via manual button run on demand.
Please provide the .zip or .json export of the flow and a detailed steps of critical actions (unions, concatenate, etc.) in read-me so I can import and test. Time is critical, so an ASAP turnaround is appreciated.
Power Automate new designer must be used for forward compatibility. No other tools or custom functions should be utilized. No actions to paid connectors should be utilized. Only Microsoft connectors should be needed here as we are only accessing Excel and Outlook connections.
