PLC & HMI Program Development for Batch Pasteurizer – Siemens S7-1200 & KTP700
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am looking for an experienced PLC & HMI programmer to develop and validate a complete automation program for a batch pasteurizer system. The system uses a Siemens Simatic S7-1200 PLC and a Siemens KTP700 Basic HMI.
The program must handle process logic, alarms, interlocks, auto/manual modes, recipe selection, cycle controls, and process safety. I will provide a full process sequence and functional requirements.
Key Requirements:
1. PLC Programming
Platform: Siemens Simatic S7-1200
Full ladder/FBD program development
All interlocks, alarms, timeouts, and safety logic
Auto & manual modes
Heater, pump, valves, level, temperature logic
Recipe-based cycle configuration (time & temperature per cycle)
Fault-handling logic and recovery sequences
2. HMI Development
Platform: KTP700 Basic
User-friendly screens for:
Cycle selection
Parameter setting (recipes)
Status indication
Alarms
Auto/manual operations
Pre-heating and pre-cooling control
Tank sequencing
3. Pre-Installation Verification
Complete program testing before deployment
Simulation testing via TIA Portal
Remote walkthrough of the logic
Corrections and optimizations before site installation
4. Optional – On-Site Visit
It would be ideal if the freelancer is located near Bahadurgarh, Haryana, and can visit the factory to:
Understand the system
Validate wiring and I/O mapping
Support commissioning
On-site support is not mandatory, but preferred.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of industrial automation (process, pumps, heaters, sensors)
Experience with food/beverage automation is a plus
Ability to work remotely and optionally onsite
