PLC Control System for Ammonia Refrigeration

I'm seeking a skilled PLC programmer to develop a control system for an ammonia refrigeration setup. The system will manage:
- Compressor start/stop and capacity control
- Condenser fan and pump control
- Evaporator cooling and defrost control
Requirements:
- Control of the complete system (compressors, fans, pumps, evaporators)
- Integration with existing setup (basic schematics provided)
- Only 120 volt control of starters and related equipment is needed
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider Electric)
- Experience with refrigeration control systems
- Ability to read and interpret basic schematics
- Electrical engineering background is a plus
