PDF Form Data Entry Automation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m drowning in repetitive data entry: hundreds of completed PDF forms arrive each week and every field still has to be copied manually into our internal spreadsheet. I need a clean, repeatable way to scrape the form data directly from each PDF and have it populate a structured file—or even post it straight into our system—without human touch.
Your solution can be built in Python, Power Automate, UiPath, or any other reliable RPA or PDF-parsing toolset you’re comfortable with, as long as it can:
- Read the information from out sheet
- Then fill up whatever one of our 100 or so PDF forms we have, with this info
• Read every field from our fillable PDF forms,
• Export the captured values into a CSV or Excel sheet (open to other structured formats if you have a better idea),
• Run in batch mode on a folder full of PDFs, and
• Log any files it couldn’t parse so we can follow up.
I’ll provide sample PDFs, the target column layout, and a test folder. All I expect back is the working automation script/flow with clear setup instructions so my team can run it on our own machines.
