n8n PDF Automation Workflow Development

I'm seeking an experienced n8n consultant to build and optimize a fully automated workflow for processing medicine PDFs.

Requirements:
- Scrape a website for medicine listings, including:
- Commercial name
- Concentration
- PDF URLs
- Download each PDF, extract text, and use Google’s Gemini (LLM) to generate styled HTML (CSS).
- Convert HTML to Google Docs via Drive API.
- Update a Google Sheet with links to the new Docs.
- Efficiently manage ~1,000 entries with error retries and processing controls.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in n8n
- Experience with web scraping
- Familiarity with Google APIs (Drive, Sheets)
- Knowledge of text extraction and LLM integrations
- Strong background in error handling and workflow optimization
