Outlook Email Auto-Click Bot

Leads hit my Outlook inbox and every rep races to be the first to press the “Claim” button that sits inside each email. I want that race over. I need an automated solution that:

• Monitors my Office 365/Outlook mailbox in real-time
• Recognises the specific lead email pattern (subject line or sender)
• Immediately “clicks” the embedded button—which simply redirects to a webpage—to secure the lead
• Logs the action so I can confirm every claim
• Runs hands-free; a cloud-based or lightweight desktop service is fine if it delivers faster response than the mobile app

Provide a concise setup guide so I can adjust credentials, subject filters, or redirect URLs without touching code. Speed and reliability matter far more than UI—once the claim fires, the job is done.
