Outbound Sales Automation System Architect

We are looking for a freelance Sales Operations / RevOps Architect who can design and implement our complete outbound sales automation system. This is not just a lead generation task — we need a strategic partner who can deliver a scalable architecture, processes, and tools to fuel our sales growth.

Scope of Work
1. ICP Definition
Research & finalize Ideal Customer Profiles (industry, geography, company size, roles).
Build targeting segments for SDRs.
2. SOP Development
Create a Sales Playbook covering prospecting, outreach cadences, qualification rules, and SDR workflows.
3. CRM Setup & Customization
Zoho CRM
Build pipelines, lead stages, automation workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
4. Outbound & Marketing Automation
Set up multi-channel sequences (cold email, LinkedIn, calling, retargeting).
Integrate with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, PhantomBuster, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier/Make.
5. Lead Generation Automation
Build continuous ICP-qualified lead sourcing + enrichment workflows.
Automate lead delivery into CRM with scoring rules.
6. Training & Handover
Train SDRs on running the system.
Provide SOP documentation, architecture diagram, and recorded training sessions.
