Oracle Flexcube Core Implementation

I am rolling out a fresh Oracle Flexcube installation and need someone who has already taken banks from a clean slate to a live, stable production environment. The assignment is a full implementation, not a mere upgrade or minor customization. My immediate priorities are:

• Configuring and fine-tuning the Loan Processing and Transaction Processing modules so they work seamlessly for retail and corporate products alike.
• Making sure Flexcube integrates smoothly with our existing core-banking landscape—interfaces, data flows, and nightly jobs must all work without manual intervention.

Expect to guide the project through setup, parameterization, data loading, testing, and go-live, then hand over clear documentation and basic user training. Success is measured by error-free EOD/EOM runs, accurate loan schedules, and real-time posting of financial transactions across all channels.
