Optimize Zoho CRM for Lead Management

I need an expert to optimize our Zoho CRM setup and automation, focusing on lead management. We are a concierge medical practice that is membership based. We need to be able to track leads through the sales process and track memberships, referral sources, renewal dates, revenue. We are currently using Zoho CRM professional edition with add on of zoho analytics. I do need to also stay HIPAA compliant.

Key areas for improvement:
- Lead Capture: Web forms, email campaigns, social media, direct mail, phone calls, and walk-ins.
- Lead Scoring: Establish a more effective scoring system.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop better nurturing workflows.
