Context

We operate multiple digital and tech-driven projects (e-commerce, automation, AI, operations).
We collaborate with international freelancers (tech, automation, design, marketing, ops) and are looking for a reliable, structured assistant to help manage freelancers, track projects, and keep execution on schedule.

Main Mission

Act as the central operational hub between the founder, freelancers, and tools, ensuring clarity, speed, and consistent execution.

Responsibilities
Freelancers Management

Track freelancers’ missions, deadlines, and deliverables

Follow up, clarify tasks, and verify outputs

Centralize communication (Slack, WhatsApp, Email)

Maintain clear status updates for each freelancer

Project Tracking

Update project dashboards (Notion, Asana, ClickUp)

Break projects into clear, actionable tasks

Provide concise progress reports (status, risks, blockers)

Proactively flag delays or execution issues

Automation and Tools (Operational Level)

Work with no-code and low-code tools (Notion, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Google Drive)

Improve or set up simple workflows

Structure processes (checklists, light SOPs)

General Assistant Support

Help organize daily priorities

Assist with freelancer briefs and task definitions

Structure and organize documentation

Profile Required
Mandatory

Strong organization and execution skills

Comfortable working with remote freelancers

Solid understanding of tech, automation, and digital projects

Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

Good written English

Strong Plus

Experience with Notion, Asana, or ClickUp

Basic understanding of automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)

Operations-oriented mindset (systems, structure, clarity)

Autonomous, proactive, reliable

No coding is required, but you must understand how systems and workflows connect.
