My Zoho One environment is already fully set up and operational.
I am not looking for a basic setup — I need an experienced Zoho expert to optimise, automate, and scale what is already in place.

The goal is simple:
Reduce manual work
Improve automation reliability
Ensure clean data flow across CRM, Forms, and email processes

What I expect:
Analyse existing workflows and remove inefficiencies
Improve and stabilise automation flows (no manual intervention)
Ensure forms capture and route data correctly into CRM
Build or optimise PDF generation pulling data from multiple modules
Configure automated email delivery with PDFs attached
Identify improvements proactively — I expect solutions, not just execution
