Ongoing Power Automate Support

I need a reliable Power Automate specialist who can jump in quickly and keep supporting me whenever a new automation idea pops up. The first task on my desk is to build a flow that does two things:

1) automatically sends the right email notifications when our Team Forms are submitted, and
2) spins up new Microsoft Forms that are already pre-populated from one of our pre-defined templates, using data that lives inside an existing Team Form.

Everything sits inside Microsoft 365, so you will be working with Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and—if useful—SharePoint or Excel connectors to move the data around smoothly. I’m comfortable testing the flow myself; I just need you to create, document, and tweak it until it works without manual intervention.

Once this first flow is live I’ll have similar, possibly more complex, automation to hand over on an ad-hoc basis, so I’m looking for someone who enjoys iterative work and can pick things up with minimal briefing.

Deliverables for the initial project
• A working cloud flow that triggers on form submission, sends the required emails, and generates a new pre-filled form with the data populated from the initially submitted form.
• A brief step-by-step note or screen-share recording so I can maintain or extend the flow later
