Need Google Chrome Extension or Program to Automate Data Entry and Export from TradingView.com (please see example in description)

We would like a programmer to create a Google Chrome extension or program that will automate data entry and export on TradingView.com, and export the results as a settings template (clickable) and a spreadsheet (filterable, searchable) for the best data input combinations. The programmer will need to have a TradingView.com account to access the data (free account is fine). No trading or market knowledge is necessary for this project, as we are simply looking for a program to do automated data entry and export.
Please see the Google Chrome extension and YouTube video above, as they show a program that is very similar to what we would like developed. We are looking to develop our own Chrome extension or program very similar to that one, with only a few small changes. We have provided images below that show the type of data the needs automated entry (integers/numbers and Booleans/checkboxes) and export (integers/numbers and percentages).
