Multi PLC Programming & HMI
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
This automation package centres on writing, testing and commissioning the complete control code for eleven PLCs— a mix of Delta units and Allen-Bradley models already installed on site. The primary goal is straightforward: produce clean, reliable PLC programming that runs the whole line without hiccups and pairs seamlessly with new HMI screens.
Scope of work
• Develop ladder (or structured-text where appropriate) programs for every controller, matching the existing I/O list and functional descriptions I will supply.
• Create and link the HMI pages so operators can start, stop, monitor and adjust the system in real time.
• Simulate or bench-test each routine before deployment, then support remote download and live commissioning.
• Hand over well-commented source files plus a short operations guide so future maintenance is easy.
Toolchain & environment
Delta PLCs (typ. DVP series) will be handled in WPLSoft or ISPSoft; Allen-Bradley units (MicroLogix / CompactLogix family) should be authored in RSLogix 500 or Studio 5000, whichever fits the model. Please keep program structures consistent across brands for ease of troubleshooting.
Acceptance criteria
1. All eleven CPUs run the final code for 48 hrs without fatal faults.
2. Every HMI tag updates correctly and all command buttons function.
3. Documentation package delivered in native and PDF formats.
If you have prior cross-platform experience with both Delta and Allen-Bradley hardware and can meet the above, the floor is yours.
