Monday.com and Xero Assistance

At MR Building Design, we currently have Xero and Monday.com setup but we want to take them further through automations (as our admin currently works alot out manually) and having our team enter their daily hours so that we can (when we have enough data) review profit or loss made on each project and access our individual employee performance.
We are unsure if we develop/add-on to Monday.com or Xero to get us what we require! Keen to first pay someone to discuss the two options, then we will proceed with the work.
