Description:
We are a professional services business. We require an experienced monday.com consultant to build a full workflow in monday.com (UK English spelling) covering:
• Lead capture (Prospects board) → conversion to Contacts board
• Standard Price List board with services and day rates
• Costing Sheet board linked to Price List
• Quotation board generating quotes, automations for status change, mirror columns for totals
• Project board (for accepted quotes) with budget, actual cost, variance, profit margin
• Time & Cost tracking boards (Timesheets, Expenses) linked into Projects
• Automations: Prospect → Contact; Quote status → create Project; PDF generation of quotes/invoices using DocuGen; notifications
• Branding: colours (blue-grey palette) and logo placement placeholder
• Deliverables: Fully set up monday.com workspace; documentation/training; and hand-off

Key Requirements:
• Demonstrable monday.com build experience (workflow design, automations, integrations)
• Good communication & understanding of UK business practice
• Ability to deliver within agreed timeframe
