Monday.com Sales CRM Boards Setup

I already have a simple CRM setup in Monday but I’ve messed up the connections between leads, accounts and contacts. I need someone to help me fix it

Here’s what I’m aiming for:
• A lead-tracking board where new enquiries drop in automatically (webform, email, or manual entry), tagged and assigned with status columns we can tailor.
• A funnel board that visualises each deal’s stage, value, probability, and next action, with automations that nudge reps when deals stall or close dates slip.
• A contacts board storing all company and person-level details, linked to the deal records so everything stays in sync.

Please wire these boards together with Monday.com’s native automations, simple dashboards for pipeline totals and conversion rates, and views my reps can filter by owner or region. I’ll also need short loom-style walkthroughs so the team understands how to use what you build.
