Monday.com Automation Workflow Setup

I have already sketched out a monday.com board for my team, yet far too many steps are still manual. I need an expert to transform it into a hands-off system that automatically assigns tasks, updates statuses, and respects task dependencies while generally tightening the entire workflow.

Here is what success looks like from my side:

• Task assignments fire automatically based on status or date so no one has to chase work.
• Status updates cascade through linked items, giving everyone real-time visibility.
• Task dependencies are enforced, stopping downstream items until prerequisites clear.

Deliverables
1. Audit the current boards and map a cleaner, fully automated flow.
2. Build and test the required monday.com native automations (and, if essential, complementary integrations or webhooks) so they run reliably.
3. Provide clear documentation plus a short Loom walkthrough my team can reference.

You will have workspace access and quick feedback from me during setup. The project is complete once the automations run for a full day without errors and my team can manage them using your documentation.
