Migrate Paid Memberships to Squarespace
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m moving our community from a WordPress / Paid Memberships Pro setup into Squarespace Member Areas and need an expert who can make the transition seamless. Every record—member data, active-until dates for our three-year and annual plans, and complete payment history—has to arrive in Squarespace intact so that our customers keep the access they paid for without interruption, though I realise Squarespace needs credit card details to be freshly added to create these accounts.
Because Squarespace doesn’t natively recognise a three-year term, I’ll rely on you to engineer a workaround: that could be a clever Member Areas configuration, a third-party plugin, custom code, or an automation that renews on schedule. Whatever route you recommend, it must preserve the original renewal logic so I’m not left manually tracking expirations.
Once the membership data is settled, I’d also like a quick facelift on the site navigation. The primary menu feels dated, so we’ll refresh its style and slot in a prominent search bar that matches the current template.
If you’ve successfully migrated complex subscription sites into Squarespace and can show that experience, let’s talk.
