This project involves completing an existing Microsoft Word VBA application used to create and manage client progress notes. The application is approximately 90% complete, with the core template, Excel client database, and client selection functionality already working.
The remaining task is to complete the document automation workflow, including opening existing monthly progress notes or creating new ones, automatically generating filenames and folders, populating template fields, and positioning the cursor for immediate data entry.
The developer will work with the existing Microsoft Word (.docm) template and VBA code—not redesign or replace the application.
