We are implementing an AI-first digital workplace using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365. We require an experienced Microsoft Cloud Architect / Consultant to plan, configure, integrate, automate, and train our team.
This is a structured project with defined milestones, full documentation, and long-term support potential.
Core Responsibilities
Work spans five pillars:
1. Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Adoption
Licenses in scope:
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Copilot for Sales
Copilot for Finance
Copilot for Service
Scope:
Copilot readiness assessment (security, data sources, permissions)
SharePoint / OneDrive / Teams data optimization
AI governance and usage policies
Department-specific Copilot configuration
End-user and admin training
2. Virtual Agents / AI Workforce
Scope:
Design and deploy internal AI assistants (IT, Sales, Finance, Service)
Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents configuration
Integration with Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics
Knowledge base design
Human escalation workflows
3. Power Platform
Licenses:
Power BI Premium
Power Apps Premium
Power Automate Premium
Power Automate Process
Scope:
Identify automation opportunities
Build workflows (approvals, onboarding, billing, service flows)
Develop Power Apps where required
Build reporting dashboards
RPA (process automation) design
Documentation + training
4. Dynamics 365 Implementation

Solution architecture design
Environment setup (Sandbox first, then Production)

Integrate Dynamics Contact Center with existing VoIP solution
Teams telephony alignment
AI call transcription & summaries
Omnichannel configuration
Training Requirements
Training must be:
Tutorial-based
Step-by-step
Practical and role-focused
Must include:
Admin training
Department user training
AI usage best practices
Documentation Requirements
All work must be documented:
Architecture diagrams
Configuration guides
AI governance model
Automation flows
Support procedures
Admin manuals
Goal: Internal team must operate independently.
Important Implementation Rules
Phase 1 must prioritize configuration over custom code
All development must occur in sandbox before production
Each milestone must include knowledge transfer
Payment tied to working outcomes, not just setup
