Marketing Operations VA (Wix CRM, Zapier, Jotform) — Boutique Financial Planning Business

We are a boutique financial planning business based in Sydney’s Inner West focused on helping pre-retirees and retirees achieve greater financial certainty.
We are implementing a structured 12-month marketing and lead generation strategy and are looking for a capable Marketing Operations VA to assist with execution and ongoing management.
This is NOT a generic social media role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys:
systems,
automation,
organisation,
and operational marketing support.
Initially this role will be approximately 5–8 hours per week on an ongoing flexible basis, with potential to grow over time.
