N8n/Make Salesflow Automation Build
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I want a complete sales-flow automation built in either n8n or Make—whichever you feel is best—delivered within the next month. The workflow must do five things end-to-end: capture new leads, parse inbound emails, trigger relevant follow-up sequences, handle order notifications, and pass certain text blocks through an LLM so replies sound natural and personalised.
You’ll connect to the data sources I already use, map fields cleanly, and make sure every step can be monitored and tweaked without touching code. Please set up clear error-handling in the scenario/flow builder, document any environment variables, and leave me with a short Loom or similar walk-through so I can extend the logic later.
Acceptance will be based on:
• Each task above running automatically from a single new-lead event
• All email parsing saving structured data I can export as CSV or push to my CRM
• Follow-ups sending reliably with no duplicate messages
• Orders logged correctly and flagged for fulfilment
• LLM prompts and responses readable, editable, and capped by my token limits
