Mailchimp Automation Set Up

Mailchimp Expert Needed – Database Cleanup, Segmentation, SMS Setup and Monday.com Integration
I’m looking for an experienced Mailchimp specialist to help improve and reorganise my current setup.
We use Monday.com as our CRM alongside Mailchimp for email marketing.
Up until now, our automation has been fairly basic. When a new prospect enquires, they are added to Mailchimp with only:
First name
Surname
Email address
I now want to take this to the next level.
What I need help with:
Mailchimp database cleanup
I currently have a Mailchimp audience of around 7,000 contacts and it needs a proper clean-up, including reviewing data quality, duplicates, inactive contacts, and general list hygiene.
Add mobile numbers to Mailchimp
I want to ensure that mobile phone numbers are captured and synced properly for:
New prospects coming in via Monday.com automation
Existing/older prospects whose mobile numbers we already have on file
SMS marketing setup
I’d like advice and implementation support around setting up SMS marketing within Mailchimp, including ensuring the correct fields, permissions, consent and structure are in place.
Segmentation / grouping of contacts
I need help segregating prospects into useful groups so we can market to them more effectively rather than just sending the same message to everyone.
This may include tags, segments, groups, or whatever structure you recommend.
Monday.com to Mailchimp integration review
I want someone to review our current automation and improve it so the right data is being passed through correctly and consistently.
What I’m looking for:
Someone who is genuinely experienced with Mailchimp
Strong understanding of audience cleanup, tags, segments, automations and SMS marketing
Experience integrating Monday.com with Mailchimp
Ability to recommend best practice, not just follow instructions
Clear communicator who can explain things simply
