I’m ready to jump on Zoom right now and share my screen. I need step-by-step guidance in CODESYS V3.5 to build, tune, and test a PID loop that:

• reads blower RPM from a pulse/encoder input,
• drives a hydraulic motor through a 4-20 mA analog output, and
• lets me monitor and adjust gains in real time.

During the call we’ll configure the I/O channels, scale raw counts to engineering units, drop in the standard PID function block, map its output to the current loop, and walk through live tuning methods. I also want to see best-practice structuring of the program, task settings, safety interlocks, and a quick trend or oscilloscope view for verification.

By the end of the session I expect:
1. A working CODESYS project file with clear comments.
2. A concise cheat-sheet of the parameters we set and the tuning approach we used.
3. Enough confidence to adjust the loop on my own after we hang up.
