LinkedIn Recruitment Automation Workflow
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a fully automated, end-to-end recruitment tracking workflow built around LinkedIn. The system must capture candidates the moment I engage with them on the platform, log every stage of their journey, and keep moving each person forward without manual intervention.
Here’s what must run automatically:
• Candidate sourcing – pull profile data from LinkedIn once I tag or export a prospect and push it into my ATS or a simple database.
• Application tracking – record status changes (applied, screened, interviewed, offer) and alert me when someone stalls in a stage.
• Interview scheduling – trigger calendar invites and confirmation emails the instant a candidate hits the “schedule” step.
I’m tool-agnostic as long as the stack is inexpensive or open source. n8n, Node-RED, Zapier’s free tier, or similar services like Workato or IFTTT are all acceptable as long as the final flow is stable and easy for me to tweak later.
Deliverables are:
1. A documented workflow file (or Zap/Node) ready to import.
2. Clear setup instructions, including any API keys or webhooks I must configure.
3. A short loom or screen-share walkthrough so I can see the system working end to end.
Once I import your workflow and run a quick test with few dummy candidates, everything should update in real time across LinkedIn, my tracking sheet or ATS, email, calendar, etc.
