LinkedIn Ads Specialist Needed (With Automation Setup)

Scope of Work
1. LinkedIn Page Optimization
Improve overall page content (About section, service descriptions, branding, etc) to create a Brand feeling
Update and optimize videos, trailers, testimonials, and other creative assets
Ensure the page looks professional and builds credibility for paid campaigns

2. Campaign Setup & Management
Create/refine audience targeting (industry, job title, company size, seniority, etc.)
Run different types of LinkedIn campaigns:

Lead Gen Ads
Video Ads
Awareness/Traffic Ads
Lead Magnet Campaigns

Set up ad creatives, copies, call-to-actions, and detailed targeting, etc
Set up clickup automation for all leads (Form submission leads will go to specific lists on clickup)
Implement end-to-end tracking setup
Monitor campaign performance and optimize as per requirements


3. Lead Magnet campaign + Automation Setup
For Lead Magnet Ads, set up:
ClickUp automation (lead pushing into specific lists)
WhatsApp automation (AiSensy/WATI)
Email automation (Brevo)
Ensure leads enter a proper nurturing workflow


Deliverables
Fully set up & optimized LinkedIn Paid Campaign(s)
Updated, professional LinkedIn company page
Verified tracking setup
Working automation workflows (ClickUp + WhatsApp + Email)
Performance report with insights & optimization recommendations


Requirements
Demonstrated experience in LinkedIn Ads (lead gen + conversion-based campaigns)
Understanding of audience building for B2C
Strong knowledge of automation tools (ClickUp, AiSensy/WATI, Brevo, etc.)
Ability to manage both ads + page branding
Must deliver within agreed timelines
