This system will be integrated into an in-line system where object (aluminum container and aluminum lid), pass by the sensors. At that time, the container will be recognized, and the system will then check for a missing or attached lid. If object present and lid not detected, container is rejected by a pneumatic arm.
Object moving past rejection system on a conveyor at roughly 200 containers per minute. Please share your relevant experience.
