Lead Management Automation via Email

I need a comprehensive automation system that incorporates 3 key functionalities:

1. **New Lead Notification:**
- Whenever a lead is entered into our Google sheet, the system should automatically notify the client via email.

2. **Offer Email Trigger:**
- Once the client responds to the initial email, a second offer email should be triggered.
